Thanks for sharing. The one thing I see with a majority of Park Hyatt's is the rooms all look the same. A few exemptions but all you need to do is look at certain hotels on their website and they all are very similar. One or two stand out but the rest are bla...
I understand why you get that impression, and I partly agree with you. There are differences, but not in any way close to a brand like W hotels where every property has its own style.
How did you get to your hotel from the airport? The tube or taxi?
Sorry for the late reply. We took a taxi, but the tube is probably the best (and most affordable) solution

I love Sheraton Hotels !!!
I stayed there 2022. I gave it a score of 900. The corner suite just below the penthouse was fantastic, the lounge was grand. The only issue was not acknowledging Elite status and its benefits.
Fully agree with you. They wouldn't acknowledge our status as well. Luckily they upgraded us anyway
